Today the Michigan House Transportation Committee voted 9 to 4 to advance our legislation to create a Choose Life license plate to the floor of the Michigan House.
The bill already passed the Michigan Senate, making the House the last stop before being sent to the governor's desk.
Funds generated by the sale of “Choose Life” plates in Michigan will be
directed to the Choose Life Michigan fund. The board of the nonprofit
prolife committee, Choose Life Michigan, will then disperse the money to
organizations that submit grant proposals for pregnancy help initiatives.
