Pennsylvania will join states opting out of abortion coverage

A spokeswoman for Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett indicated he would sign legislation to opt the state of Pennsylvania out of paying for abortions through insurance exchanges.  The bill also prevents private insurance plans from covering abortion.

Christine Cronkright, a spokeswoman for Corbett, said the governor will sign the bill.
