Gallup poll finds "pro-choice" view at record low, more people label themselves prolife

A recent Gallup poll found that only 41% of Americans identify themselves as "pro-choice." This is down from 47% in July of 2011 and the lowest percentage ever recorded by Gallup. The poll also found that 50% of Americans identify themselves as "pro-life."

The poll found the support for the "pro-choice" position has fallen among Republicans, Democrats and Independents.
