A city inspector found alleged "unsterilized medical equipment" and other potential medical safety issues during an inspection that led to the sudden closing of an abortion clinic, according to documents obtained by Target 8.
The list of 11 "violations" at the Woman's Medical Center also includes improper dumping of chemicals and "other liquids" down drains without proper authorization, and improper disposal of needles.
