Planned Parenthood of Illinois (along with two other defendants) has been ordered by the Circuit Court of Cook County to pay $2 million to Alvin Jones III after reaching a settlement with lawyers representing the family. Jones is the young son of Tonya Reaves. Reaves died in July of 2012 after Planned Parenthood botched her abortion.
